User-Generated Content

By uploading photographs, text, or any other content to your profile or through our communication features, you grant Balkan Dating LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may remove it by deleting your account. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Balkan Dating offers both free and premium subscription tiers. By purchasing a paid subscription or credits, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on your selected plan. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful within 60 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Balkan Dating LLC. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
